ACCENT ROOFING guarantees to make good any leakage of roofing material installed by it resulting directly from faulty workmanship or defective material. To bear the full expense of examination and repair or replacement (at its option) of defective material or faulty installation which may appear within a period of five years from the date of installation.

Under no circumstances does this guarantee include liability for direct, special indirect or consequential damage and Accent Roofing's liability of any claim arising out of or connected with this guarantee shall be limited to repair of the leak caused by such defective material or faulty workmanship.

This guarantee does not cover normal weathering or damage due to misuse or abuse, failure to exercise reasonable and proper care, fire, lightning, windstorm, hailstorm, ice back-up or acts of God.
